About the Workshop

Our legal workshop is designed for anyone working in a business environment follow Thai law. It will help you striking the right balance between business decision-making and legal implications. The programme will equip you with the essential tools that help you advocating your organization more effectively. Moreover, you will obtain up-to-date with the late developments in Thai business law and practical instructions on how to apply the knowledge to real life cases.

About the Faculty of Law

The Faculty of Law was established in 1975. In 1988, it became the first Faculty of Law in private universities in Thailand authorized by the Thai government to grant the Master of Law degree. In 2004, the Faculty of Law became the first Faculty of Law in private universities granting Bachelor, Master and Doctor of Law degrees. The Faculty of Law has 40 faculty members, 330 graduate students, and 200 undergraduate students.

Many faculty members have studied and worked abroad, (for instance, Australia, France, Germany, Japan, the United Kingdom, and the United States) and hold advanced degrees. They have considerable experience in private and public services, in government service, and in the judiciary and actively participate in research and publication.
